Arnica Angustifolia
Alpine Arnica (Arnica Angustifolia) is a perennial flowering plant native to the Alps of Europe but can be found in other mountain ranges around the world. It has yellow and orange flowers and grows up to 30 cm in height. It prefers soils with a neutral pH and full sun. The flowers have been used since medieval times to treat ailments and are still used today in folk medicine due to its anti-inflammatory effects. Alpine Arnica is also very popular as an ornamental garden flower for its showy yellow and orange blooms. It's low maintenance and drought tolerant nature make it a great choice for sunny gardens.
