Mecardonia 'USMECA67' GOLDFLAKE
Axilflower (Mecardonia 'USMECA67' GOLDFLAKE) is a low-growing ornamental groundcover with bright yellow-green foliage and a carpet of dainty white flowers with yellow centers. It has an excellent tolerance for heat and humidity, making it an ideal groundcover for warm climates. Once established, the axilflower requires little maintenance and is drought-tolerant. Its early-blooming flowers make it a great addition to flower beds and container gardens, and its long blooming season makes it a valuable source of colourful colour for mixed borders and hanging baskets. It pairs nicely with purple blooms and evergreen foliage for a subtle contrast.
