Lilium 'Connecticut King'
Asiatic Lily, also known as Lilium 'Connecticut King', is a spectacular and attractive type of lily that has large, remarkable blooms spanning 20cm wide. Reaching up to 3m tall, it has deep green, sword-shaped foliage which creates a lovely backdrop to its brilliant golden-orange blossoms. These blooms, that arise from early summer to early autumn, have the most exotic fragrance which drifts on the garden air. A favourite of most gardeners, this royal lily doesn’t like soggy soil or intense heat but doesn't require much in the way of maintenance.

Seasonal Adjustments
Adjust watering frequency based on temperature, humidity, and season. Water more frequently in summer and less in winter.
Pro Tip: Check soil moisture before watering. Stick your finger 1-2 inches into the soil—if it's dry, it's time to water!
Divide root ball in spring, replant sections immediately
Bend stem to soil surface, cover lightly, roots form in 4-6 weeks
Join scion to rootstock, bind securely until healed
Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date
Propagate via Bulbils for best results
Remove offsets from parent plant base, replant separately
